The Board of Management of M/s Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies (VISTAS), a renowned Deemed University with an “A” grade accreditation has conferred our Chairman Mr. S. Xavier Britto the Degree of Doctor of Literature (Honoris Causa) in recognition of his eminence & attainments in the field of Logistics Industry, immense contributions to this field and his philanthropic work benefitting the society at large. The Degree was pronounced by the Founder Chairman Dr.Ishari K.Ganesh at the 9th Convocation of VISTAS on 23rd April 2019 and the Degree of Literature was awarded by His Excellency Hon’ble Vice President of India Shri. Venkaiah Naidu.
